General

1. InPlay accepts only domestic bets within the Philippines. All bets accepted by InPlay are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

2. InPlay reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. All versions will indicate a version number and effective date.

3. Customers must be at least 21 years old to place bets with InPlay. InPlay reserves the right to void transactions involving minors.

4. The following individuals are not allowed to place bets with InPlay:

   • Students of any school, college, or university in the Philippines

   • Employees of IEST, PAGCOR, and any of their associated companies

   • Philippine government officials

   • Members of the Philippine military and law enforcement agencies

5. All newly registered players are required to make an initial deposit of PHP 1,000, with succeeding top-ups at a minimum of PHP 500.

6. Fund sharing or “pasaload” between player accounts is strictly prohibited.

7. It is the sole responsibility of each customer to ensure compliance with the above rules before registering with InPlay.

8. InPlay reserves absolute discretion in the acceptance or rejection of any bet, whether in full or in part.

9. InPlay may modify any rules at any time without prior notice.

10. Any violation of these Terms and Conditions may result in suspension or cancellation of the player’s InPlay account.

11. Funds or credits in the account of any player found ineligible to play shall be forfeited in favor of the government.

12. Playing in open or public places is strictly prohibited.

13. InPlay offers a quick and seamless withdrawal process, typically completed within 2–5 minutes after the request is submitted. Please ensure all account details are correct to avoid any delays.
